Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Director of Service Parts Planning to lead global parts planning, aligning regional and global teams to deliver differentiated customer availability while optimizing inventory and profitability. You will drive end-to-end leadership across planning processes and transform the organization for scalable, data-driven results.

Reporting to the Global Operations Group, you will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams, guiding strategy deployment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or service operations.
• 7+ years of leadership including management of managers and global teams.
• Deep expertise in service parts planning and forecasting.
• Experience in a complex global matrix environment.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel ~10% for global team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class global service parts availability across depot, consignment, and emergency fulfillment networks.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across Service Parts (Spares) Planning processes.
• Create clear operating models and role clarity between Global and Regional planning organizations.
• Partner with CSBG Services, Business Operations, GOPs, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to align business objectives and execution plans.
• Lead accountability systems, business reviews, and Lam Management System practices to deliver predictable results.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, digital transformation, and scalability initiatives.
• Develop long-range workforce, succession, and capability plans for the planning organization.
• Champion customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and profitability objectives.
