Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Head of International Space & Security Policy to lead global policy development and stakeholder engagement across space, national security, and emerging tech domains. The role requires navigating complex international landscapes and building relationships with government officials, heads of state, and industry leaders worldwide.

Location: Washington, DC with significant international travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international relations, security studies, space policy, or related field.
• 15+ years in government and private sector roles related to space, security, or tech policy.
• Experience developing national-level policies related to space or national security.
• Experience building relationships with senior government officials and C-suite executives globally; negotiations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international policy strategies across government, commercial, and national security sectors.
• Represent Blue Origin in high-level engagements with foreign governments, international organizations, and partner entities.
• Lead development of policy positions on space resources, regulatory frameworks, and international space governance.
• Provide expert counsel to leadership on geopolitical dynamics impacting aerospace, defense, and technology sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support international business development and government relations initiatives.
• Advise on international partnership opportunities and strategic alliance formation.
• Support due diligence processes for international ventures and initiatives.
