Blue Origin is seeking a senior leader to head International Space & Security Policy, shaping global policy and engaging with governments and industry leaders worldwide. This role demands strategic vision, deep policy expertise, and a proven ability to operate across government and private sectors on space, security, and technology issues.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 15+ years of experience, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international relations, security studies, space policy, or related field.
• 15+ years combined government/private sector experience in space, security, or technology policy.
• Proven track record building relationships with senior government officials and C-suite executives globally.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international policy strategies across government, commercial, and national security sectors.
• Represent the organization in high-level engagements with foreign governments, international organizations, and partners.
• Lead development of policy positions on space resources, regulatory frameworks, and international space governance.
• Provide expert counsel to leadership on geopolitical dynamics affecting aerospace, defense, and technology sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support international business development and government relations initiatives.
• Advise on international partnership opportunities and strategic alliance formation.
• Support due diligence processes for international ventures and initiatives.
