Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team with maintaining accurate, current, and relevant facility and occupancy data across global sites.

The role conducts audits, validates occupancy, updates seating and floor plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and ARCHIBUS, analyzes usage data to support planning, compliance, and senior leadership reporting, and travels domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with ARCHIBUS or a comparable CAFM system.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for floor plans and layouts.
• Experience conducting space audits and occupancy validations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Audit facilities to validate space, occupancy, and utilization data.
• Update floor plans and seating allocations based on audits.
• Use ARCHIBUS to update records and generate utilization reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on space allocation and facility use.
• Prepare written reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
