Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst to join a 24x7 team in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on daily monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC-G systems in a real-time environment, providing first-level tech support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for DoD clearance (TS) and be able to obtain/maintain clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems.
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP) and maintain it for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of designated systems.
• Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting of local hardware, software, and networks.
• Document and report all events and issues to leadership.
• Receive tasking for operations, tests, and real-world events.
• Assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the ISSO.
• Operate and sustain mission systems for operational and training missions.
• Troubleshoot data flow with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.
