Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a Computer Operations Analyst to join a 24/7/365 operations team. The role focuses on data-driven technical problem solving, Linux system administration, and real-world mission support across ground and flight tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM with related work experience or equivalent years of experience.
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (eg, Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility to start.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Work on a 24/7/365 Operational Team with shift coverage.
• Coordinate operational activities for Real-World Operations.
• Troubleshoot software and OS to restore operations.
• Produce technical presentations and analysis reports.
• Perform performance analysis of missile tracking.
• Monitor and maintain system components (servers, software, network).
• Support ground and flight tests.
• Perform Linux system administration.
• Track and log Real World Events.
