Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Controls & Compliance. The role offers hybrid work options and can be based in Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA, with a salary range of $146,000 - $215,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

The Senior Manager will lead global compliance initiatives impacting Controllership, support centralized projects in Global Financial Accounting, and oversee a team handling SOX controls and risk management across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance policy and internal control standards.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA only.
• US work authorization now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SOX control environment optimization, centralization, standardization and automation.
• Advise on designing controls for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Mentor 1-3 resources and supervise activities to support CCA objectives.
• Support strategic Controllership projects and transactions.
• Perform analyses for senior leadership to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Partner with senior Controllership leaders and key leadership teams.
• Coordinate with IT to align on SOX approach and controls reliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain effective internal controls.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve operational and financial results.
