Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Executive Compensation to drive and govern the company’s executive compensation programs. Based in Beachwood, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, you will partner with senior leaders and the Compensation Committee to ensure programs align with strategy, governance standards, and market norms.

You will lead analysis, support CD&A development, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external consultants to deliver transparent disclosures and competitive programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive compensation experience, including 2+ years supporting executive compensation for a public company and SEC disclosures.
• Experience leading market benchmarking and providing strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and design executive and director compensation programs aligned with Eaton's strategy.
• Ensure programs meet governance, shareholder expectations, and market practices.
• Prepare CD&A, proxy tables, and other required disclosures with the Compensation Committee.
• Conduct market research and develop analyses for senior leadership and the Board committees.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to align compensation with broader business goals.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure program consistency.
