Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, or related
• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Proficiency with cost analysis and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
• Adept at managing competing priorities and solving complex problems under deadline pressure

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the commodity landscape to forecast industry trends and gauge competitive forces; adapt to Apple’s advantage.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
• Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers to meet performance criteria and secure long-term supply continuity.
• Collaborate across the Apple organization to ensure business objectives are met and communicate findings to senior leaders.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs to influence product roadmap and sourcing decisions.
• Provide program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting.
