Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in supply chain management.
• Vendor management experience with contract manufacturers.
• Procurement and project management skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of component manufacturing processes.
• Experience identifying and resolving engineering quality issues.
• Understanding contractual terms and negotiation with legal teams.
• Experience presenting technical and business information to cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of service components across the supply chain.
• Manage supplier performance via QBRs and SPI processes; drive improvements.
• Oversee costs for warranty, repairs, and out-of-production parts.
• Design repair and replacement supply chains for cost efficiency and service levels.
• Lead warranty redemption enhancements with suppliers.
• Lead AppleCare Post-Ramp Qualification (PRQ) projects for service component changes.
