Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to drive supplier relationships, onboarding, and cost analysis in a dynamic, global supply chain. You will support category managers, manage RFQs and POs, and help advance NPD initiatives across multiple suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field with 1 year of relevant experience; certifications are a plus. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• APICS CSCP CPM CPIM certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Project management and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated supplier management skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the company and suppliers; lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers, including contracts, NDAs, and supplier statements.
• Update supplier documentation in Agile, Vendorful, and other systems.
• Develop strong relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Support category managers with tactical and administrative tasks.
• Support NPD project tasks for assigned categories.
• Create RFQs, monitor quotes, and process PO requests; coordinate samples.
• Analyze system data for accuracy and completeness.
• Create cost comparisons and pricing analyses.
• Perform other duties as required.
