Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or administrative/analytical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic sourcing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational sourcing support: prepare and distribute RFQs, collect supplier responses, organize data for evaluation; maintain supplier documentation, certifications, and compliance records; support supplier onboarding and ensure system setup.
• Maintain data and reporting: manage sourcing databases, dashboards, and performance metrics; assist with cost analyses, price comparisons, and savings tracking; prepare reports for category owners and leadership.
• Coordinate supplier communication: manage routine communications with suppliers regarding documentation, timelines, and follow-ups; track supplier performance data and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with merchandising, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to gather requirements and support sourcing activities; assist in implementing new tools and processes.
• Provide market insights: monitor global market trends, supply base shifts, and emerging sourcing opportunities; offer category insights to inform supplier selection.
