  • Identifies, evaluates, and qualifies new suppliers through capability assessments, on-site audits, and risk evaluations before onboarding.
  • Manages supplier relationships for assigned commodities through performance scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement plans, and partners with Quality on supplier corrective actions and periodic audits.
  • Leads cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives, building should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) models and tracking savings in Infor Syteline, Wrike, and Qlik to meet annual savings targets.

  • Plans and procures material for assigned commodities, balancing cost, lead time, inventory, and supply risk.
  • Ensures sourcing decisions and supplier agreements comply with trade regulations (tariffs, duties, Incoterms), corporate compliance requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Follows all Wood-Mizer safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
