Job summary

USA Legwear is seeking a Global Sourcing Assistant to support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from proto development through bulk production. You will coordinate samples, track status, and communicate with vendors, Design, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to keep programs on schedule.

The role requires on-site work 3–4 days per week, strong attention to detail, and proactivity in a fast-paced environment. Annual salary starts at $50,000+, with growth based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proto, PP, PP PKG SET, and TOP sample requests and tracking.
• Manage sample packages and daily shipments to vendors and internal teams.
• Track sample status in Airtable trackers and communicate feedback.
