Gina Group is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Production Coordinator for its legwear department reporting to the VP of Production & Legwear. You will liaise between vendors, design, product development, and sales to secure on-time delivery of quality products and profitable lines.

You will manage cost negotiations, create and manage orders, and follow up on manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of apparel or accessory production experience
• Ladies experience preferred
• Wholesale experience preferred
• Experience working with global manufacturers
• Strong knowledge of WIP and T&A calendars
• Organized with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with multiple teams

Aufgaben

• Sourcing: conduct competitive shopping, source products with manufacturers, review photos, start new development requests with suppliers, explore new yarns or products, generate ideas for growth, diversify production by sourcing outside China.
