Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a related field (see above).
• 15+ years of global strategic sourcing management experience.
• Strong global procurement experience using strategic sourcing methods.
• Demonstrated experience delivering sourcing solutions and cost reductions.
• Excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
• Proven negotiation skills with international sourcing experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 20%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, including supplier selection and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, performance assessments, and category management.
• Deliver cost reductions through market analysis, cost modeling, and make-versus-buy analyses.
• Build supplier and market intelligence to support sourcing strategy and planning.
• Drive lean transformation and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations and reporting for new product development and launches.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws and company policies.
