Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Duncan, SC site. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, build a high‑engagement team, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will supervise a dynamic, ISO/FDA‑regulated production area, hire and coach associates, drive continuous improvement, and manage daily schedules from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, supply chain, or management, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and providing focus to align on the critical few.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in processes for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance‑manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.
• Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
• Execute daily production schedules to achieve on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
