Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier intelligence and data integration.
• Support integration of key suppliers into Power BI dashboards to map global market players.
• Ensure updates aligned with industry trends to maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct in-depth supplier research for external equipment based on project needs.
• Benchmark supplier capabilities and assess alignment with tech and commercial requirements.
• Participate in tender process with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Tendering, etc.).
• Assist in preparation and submission of RFQs.
• Track RFQ responses and maintain tender timelines.
• Update project tracking tools for sourcing progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time tender submissions.
