Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering degree program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems).
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical problems from projects or experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to track data and present findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interface with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor operations by identifying and resolving quality issues to ensure production flow.
• Perform root cause analysis on non-conforming parts to prevent recurrence and improve quality.
• Lead a technical project to integrate internal quality systems with supplier communications.
• Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing to drive process improvements.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting supplier quality metrics to identify trends.
• Support CAPA implementation with suppliers.
• Document technical findings and process updates to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data from quality systems to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
