Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Associate Director: 8–10+ years in strategic sourcing with exposure to Technical Operations.
• Director: 12–15+ years leading global teams and complex supplier networks.
• Experience sourcing within GMP/GxP regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global sourcing strategies for Technical Operations.
• Lead global category strategies, demand aggregation, and total cost of ownership optimization.
• Manage multi-department suppliers and drive cost savings and value creation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Finance for lifecycle and scale-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP/GxP across the supply base.
• Build and develop a high-performing global sourcing team (Director level).
