Job summary

True Religion Brand Jeans in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Development - Denim Off Price to drive day-to-day coordination from design concepts to production-ready product. You will track milestones, manage vendor communications, and ensure timely approvals within the GTM calendar.

You will work closely with the Product Development Manager and cross-functional teams to keep milestones on track, update reports, and support cost targets while maintaining the brand's

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product development, sourcing, or production in apparel.
• Know-how of garment construction, fabric properties, costing, and development timelines.
• Experience with denim category and PLM systems (Full Circle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end denim off-price product development across design, merchandising, and vendors.
• Maintain WIP reports and development tracking; flag risks early.
• Manage sample tracking and timely approvals in the development process.
• Support fabric library and material development workflows.
