Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a Director of Sourcing to design and own the global sourcing strategy for our portfolio including Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.

You will lead a team across Asia Pacific and North America/Europe, leveraging AI tools to optimize costing, vendor analytics, BOM analysis, and reporting. You will manage senior vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive margin targets while ensuring sustainability and ethical practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.
• 5+ years with a consumer brand, ideally in furniture or big-bulky categories.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the long-term global sourcing strategy across the brand portfolio.
• Lead strategic senior relationships with all manufacturing partners and negotiate contracts.
• Manage budget/P&L for product cost and own margin targets.
• Lead the sourcing-side build-out of AI tooling and automation.
