Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Director of Sourcing to build and own the global sourcing strategy across our brand portfolio, including Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.

You will lead a team of ~21, leveraging automation and AI for costing, vendor analytics, BOM analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global sourcing, 5+ years in strategic leadership with consumer brands, and proven success building distributed teams with AI/automation in

• 10+ years in global sourcing or procurement.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership with consumer brands.
• Experience leading dispersed teams in APAC, NA, EU.

Responsibilities

• Build and own long-term global sourcing strategy across multiple brands.
• Manage vendor contracts and raw material agreements (fabric, foam, frame, hardware).
• Own budget/P&L and IMU targets across brands.
