Job summary

Havenly, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sourcing to lead a global sourcing organization across Havenly’s brand portfolio, including Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.

You will manage a ~21-person team across regions, leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize costing, vendor analytics, BOM analysis, and reporting. You will own supplier relationships across Asia, North America, and Europe, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and drive sustainability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.
• 5+ years with a consumer brand, ideally in furniture or big and bulky categories.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the long-term global sourcing strategy across the brand portfolio.
• Lead negotiations of vendor contracts and raw material agreements.
• Manage budget/P&L for product cost and own IMU/margin targets.
