Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a New York–based Furniture Sourcing Manager to lead procurement of upholstered furniture across our portfolio. You will own the category sourcing strategy, evaluate manufacturers, run RFPs, and negotiate contracts to secure quality at the best price.

The role uses AI tooling to automate tasks while you focus on negotiation and vendor development. You’ll partner with design and product teams to meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals, while optimizing COGS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in furniture sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with upholstered products or seating preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing strategy and vendor relationships.
• Lead RFPs, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Forecast material demand and manage BOM across portfolio.
• Oversee packaging procurement and logistics.
• Drive AI-driven sourcing operations and analytics.
• Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams.
