Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a Global Sourcing Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, maintain critical sourcing processes, and identify efficiency opportunities across the function.

You will work with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, IT and regional teams to ensure accurate information, streamlined workflows, and effective reporting while leveraging AI-enabled tools to automate tasks and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with SAP (ERP), SharePoint, Power BI or similar systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and improve data quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files; provide analysis and reporting for leadership reviews
• Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, approvals, and system updates to ensure pricing visibility
• Maintain CAPEX cost tracker and support purchasing requisitions as needed
• Support RFQs, quote analysis, cost modeling, and total cost comparisons for sourcing decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and analytics to improve spend visibility and performance
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve sourcing processes; implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, and analyze data across the function
• Support and maintain sourcing tools, SharePoint sites, workflows and system enhancements with IT
• Develop SOPs and training materials to promote consistency across the organization
• Partner with regional teams to resolve issues and support business initiatives
