Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, finance, business analytics, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SAP (ERP), SharePoint, Power BI, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, analyze data, or streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, including approvals and system updates for pricing visibility.
• Maintain CAPEX cost tracker and support purchasing requisitions.
• Support RFQs, cost modeling, and total cost comparisons for sourcing decisions.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, templates, and analytics to improve spend visibility.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve sourcing processes and implement solutions.
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, and enhance productivity in Global Sourcing.
• Maintain sourcing-related tools, SharePoint sites, workflows, and system enhancements with IT.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives.
