Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or Information Systems).
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with SAP (ERP), SharePoint, Power BI or similar systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Role not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files; provide analysis and reporting for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, approvals, documentation, and system updates.
• Maintain CAPEX cost tracker and support purchasing requisitions.
• Support RFQs, cost modeling, and total cost analyses for sourcing teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics for spend, inflation, and sourcing performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize sourcing processes and implement improvements.
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate tasks, analyze data, summarize information, and boost productivity.
• Maintain sourcing tools, SharePoint sites, workflows, and system enhancements with IT.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives.
