Leaf Home is seeking a Director of Global Sourcing & Compliance to lead our sourcing, supplier compliance, quality, and risk management initiatives. You will shape global strategies, optimize supplier performance, and partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and other teams to deliver cost savings and continuity.

This role requires strategic vision and strong cross-functional leadership. You will drive supplier engagement, lead risk mitigation, and report KPIs to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across global markets.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success with complex supplier negotiations and total cost of ownership strategies.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies and the supplier portfolio roadmap.
• Direct supplier engagement across product development and launches to improve cost, quality, and launch readiness.
• Oversee total cost of ownership strategies, market intelligence, and supplier risk mitigation plans.
• Provide strategic oversight of supplier quality, compliance, and business-continuity frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, KPIs, savings reporting, and governance.
• Develop and align the Sourcing & Compliance team and manage budget and OKRs.
