Job summary

Carnival Corporation in Miami seeks a Manager – Global Sourcing Analytics to lead analytics across Global Travel, Global Gaming and On-Board Media Content. You will design dashboards, model data, and deliver insights to optimize sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations.

Lead Power BI initiatives, maintain dashboard integrity, and partner with COE, IT and Finance to advance data governance, automation, and responsible AI adoption in travel transactional data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Analytics, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise with ability to build scalable dashboards.
• Strong communication and business acumen for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools to improve reporting and automation.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, SSRS, T-SQL and related BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops dashboards and visualizations to support strategic sourcing efforts.
• Analyses dashboards, reports and trends to inform negotiation strategies and recommendations.
• Leads data analytics projects and collaborates with COE, IT and Finance for automation and data governance.
• Supports travel (air) transactional data integrity and data structures/models.
• Acts as Power BI subject matter expert, ensuring dashboard integrity and user support.
• Partners with COE/IT to implement improved analytics tools and data processes.
