Job summary

Coface seeks an Account Manager for the North American market to manage key client relationships and promote Coface solutions. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and portfolio profitability while serving as the primary contact for clients and intermediaries.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and awareness of credit insurance market trends. Experience with multinational accounts is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service needs.
• Identify and promote Coface solutions to clients and brokers.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and organic growth.
• Prepare and manage renewal strategies and expansion proposals.
• Coordinate implementation of global programs for new clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and profitability.
