Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Senior Director, Global Solution Consulting to lead the Library Software Solutions pre-sales team, partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to shape a best-in-class pre-sales strategy and accelerate growth.

You will guide a global team across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, driving discovery, demonstrations, value messaging, and executive-level presentations while aligning with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading global pre-sales teams.
• Proven success supporting complex enterprise software sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying groups and executive-level decision makers.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to executive audiences and translating capabilities into business value.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through effective pre-sales leadership.
• Experience partnering with Sales leadership on opportunity strategy and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Solution Consulting strategy and team supporting Clarivate's Library Software solutions.
• Partner with Sales leadership on strategic opportunities, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and revenue growth.
• Strengthen solution selling capabilities by improving discovery, demonstrations, value messaging, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to represent customer needs and market insights.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global team while driving consistent processes, enablement, and operational excellence.
