Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source, negotiate, and manage contracts for SW, SaaS, Cloud, and hosting IT services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine supplier selection and drive value through strategic procurement initiatives.

The role supports integration activities post-acquisition, aligns suppliers to Verint standards, and ensures compliance with procurement policies. Domestic travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in sourcing SW, SaaS & IaaS.
• Strong knowledge of software license and SaaS terms.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Limited domestic travel for business meetings and engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contractual and commercial negotiations with SW, SaaS, and service provider vendors.
• Ensure proper purchasing involvement in major vendor engagements and execute vendor management practices.
• Lead negotiations to promote savings and value through renewals and benchmarking activities.
• Contribute to establishment and communication of procurement goals and improvements.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, Services and Operations for global alignment.
• Ensure procurement activities follow Global Procurement policy and procedures.
