Job summary

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve equipment software application and systems issues of moderate complexity; investigate high value problems.
Provide customer software support via Software Ticketing system and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures for product software.
Develop customer-focused feature documentation for external software features.
Participate in equipment software specifications, design reviews, testing and documentation; assist training of junior engineers.
