This leader manages software leads and scrum masters as a functional team within a matrixed organization.
This is a hands‑on role responsible for improving the predictability, quality, execution of software delivery across a global medical device software organization. This leader will build a Delivery Excellence capability – not a traditional PMO – focused on coaching engineering leaders, software leads, and scrum masters, establishing common planning practices, improving estimation, delivery metrics, capacity planning, and organizational execution while cultivating a continuous improvement culture.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $151,120 - $226,680. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
