Job summary

This role focuses on sourcing, manufacturing development execution, and production of textiles, adhesives, and polyurethane, with emphasis on innovative supply chain practices. You will drive on-time delivery, evaluate risks with data-driven analysis, manage programs and cross-functional partnerships with industrial design, product development, and operations,

Qualifications

5+ years in NPI operations readiness, supply chain, or similar industry.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Supply chain management: identify, develop, negotiate and manage suppliers.
On-time delivery: plan capacity and supply to meet production demand.
Risk mitigation: evaluate risks with data-based analysis and develop mitigations.
Program management: coordinate tasks and resources across teams.
Cross-functional support with industrial design, product development and operations.
Technology development management: evaluate and develop new materials/processes.
Build support: on-site management of materials and assembly partners.
Cost strategy: develop and execute part and assembly cost strategies.
