Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager for its SoftGoods team in Cupertino. This role leads cross-functional programs to bring fabric, adhesives and silicone components into iPhone, iPad, Watch and other products, ensuring on-time launches and quality.

The successful candidate will guide development builds, manage schedules and costs, and communicate outcomes to executives. Prior engineering or technical degree is preferred, with MBA a plus; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented project leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for SoftGoods FATP & subassemblies.
• Lead vendor operations in planning and ramp of development builds.
• Drive program management including schedules, costs, budgets and exec briefings.
• Coordinate readiness and risks across ramp requirements: equipment, materials, facilities.
