Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Journeyman Facilities Security Officer (FSO) for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. The role involves coordinating security, badge management, and compliance across a multi-team program, with emphasis on building access and CAC administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in security operations or related fields, plus an active Secret clearance and FSO experience on government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4+ years in industrial/security fields; equivalencies considered.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• FSO or similar government contract security management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate security program kickoff activities.
• Develop and implement transition-in/out plans for security access and badges.
• Coordinate security and compliance requirements across the program.
• Monitor clearances, reinvestigations, and continuous evaluation processes.
• Conduct security briefings and training for contractor personnel.
