Job summary

US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Effective communication and proactive leadership are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a societal risk program; support execution and scaling of risk assessments across products and horizontal functions.
• Lead program management support across multiple regulations and product areas, developing clear tracking processes and communications materials for stakeholders.
• Operationalize risk processes by driving collaboration and alignment with a broad range of Google-wide partner teams.
• Contribute to risk assessment execution via team tracking and program management processes.
• Establish a leadership presence with a global mindset and a proven ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization; think holistically and act with attention to detail.
