Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Manager, Social Impact to lead strategic community engagement programs and global corporate giving initiatives from Mars Snacking’s headquarters in Chicago. You will own reporting across giving platforms, translate outcomes into storytelling, and partner with global teams to scale impact across sites worldwide.

The role requires experience managing global volunteer programs, strong collaboration, and excellent program management skills, with a focus on measurable impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience managing global volunteer programs and corporate giving initiatives across multiple sites/regions.
• Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Solid experience with measurement, reporting and communication for impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a global volunteerism and in-kind donation strategy that is scalable and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Set globally aligned goals, targets, and success metrics for programs.
• Track outcomes and translate impact into clear internal and external communications.
• Partner across the global Corporate Affairs function and Mars Incorporated to deliver programs.
• Collaborate across business functions to activate volunteer initiatives as a driver of Purpose.
• Create toolkits and guidance for teams to lead volunteer and in-kind giving.
