Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in global, strategic philanthropy and program management, preferably in a corporate foundation.
• Financial acumen and multi-million-dollar budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead signature Foundation programs from concept to execution.
• Develop internal and external communications and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in grantmaking strategies and future program planning.
• Identify grant recipients and develop compelling proposals.
• Review proposals and conduct due diligence; prepare grant recommendations and reports.
• Monitor grants and evaluate portfolio performance; drive annual implementation plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with Mars Corporate Affairs to align Foundation programs with enterprise goals.
• Stay informed on current events affecting strategic focus areas to maintain balance in grantmaking.
