Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Program Director for the Mars Snacking Foundation to lead strategic philanthropic partnerships, programs and projects globally. This role partners with the Executive Director on strategy, design and execution, communications, and managing a portfolio of grants within focus areas.

The successful candidate will bring extensive global experience in corporate philanthropy, finance, measurement and reporting, and the ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in global, strategic philanthropy, partnerships, and program management.
• Demonstrates financial acumen with multi-million-dollar budgets and strong process management.

Responsibilities

• Lead signature Foundation programs from concept to execution.
• Develop internal and external Foundation communications and manage vendor relationships.
