Shiseido Americas, headquartered in New York, seeks a Manager of Global Social Content to drive social storytelling through static and video assets. Lead lo-fi content requests across multiple teams and manage production streams with creators and freelancers to deliver engaging assets that boost brand awareness and conversion.

You will conceptualize and deliver social-first imagery, collaborate with US and Global Marketing, and optimize content based on performance and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in social media and/or content development.
• Experience filming, editing, and writing for social media channels.
• Effective multi-tasker who works well with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Passionate about social media trends.
• Understands TikTok and Instagram analytics.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, edit and publish socially native content for channel strategy.
• Produce and manage lo-fi asset requests across departments including US/global marketing and paid media.
• Manage content production streams with creators and freelancers, including briefs and approvals.
• Deliver engaging content to drive conversion across disciplines.
• Analyze content and campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Research trends and apply to lo-fi content strategy.
• Support global social team in building a social-first strategy and community.
