Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Global Social Content Specialist to plan, create, and execute digital marketing programs that elevate the brand across regions. You will manage a global content calendar, produce social-first content, and coordinate assets with regional teams to ensure on-brand campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.

The role requires hands-on social media execution, strong copywriting, and comfort with analytics to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in digital marketing with hands-on social media execution.
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
• Strong copywriting and brand voice.
• Familiar with Sprinklr and analytics tools.
• Exposure to global/regional campaign coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media and web.
• Manage the global content calendar and publishing workflow, including copywriting, post development, scheduling, approvals, and delivery.
• Create social-first graphics and short-form video; coordinate assets with design teams and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain brand standards; ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and accessible.
• Lead community management coordination with guidelines updated and responsive engagement.
• Manage secure access credentials and coordinate regionally for permissions.
