Job summary

AMD is seeking a high-impact leader to head a global Product and Test Engineering team responsible for delivering next-generation high-performance mobile and desktop processors. You will guide early silicon bring-up, characterization, product definition, and test solutions, interfacing with executives, design validation, supply chain, and OSAT partners to ensure profitable launches.

The ideal candidate has MS degree in EE/CE, deep Advantest platform experience, and a proven track record leading

Qualifications

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
Experience leading global, multi-site test engineering teams.
Deep expertise with Advantest V93000 and SMT platforms for advanced SoC testing.
Ability to translate silicon behavior into actionable roadmaps for executives.

Responsibilities

Time-to-Market: deliver production-ready test programs and hardware fixtures ahead of critical product launch windows.
Yield & Margin Optimization: drive continuous test time reduction and structural yield improvements to maximize gross margins.
Strategic Interface: translate complex silicon behavior and yield data into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders.
