Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is looking for a Smart Manufacturing Execution Lead in Upper Providence, Delaware. This role is instrumental in executing the Smart Manufacturing strategy across the GSC network by leveraging Industry 4.0 capabilities and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in manufacturing transformation initiatives and a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring the effective implementation of smart solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in complex transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multisite programs with external supplier reliance.
• Proven capability in applying advanced analytics to manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Smart Manufacturing strategy and deliver a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead value identification and prioritize projects across key sites.
• Ensure benefits realization through KPIs and clear reporting.
