Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline with focus on data management, digital technologies, change management or project management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Graduation date by August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Implement smart manufacturing projects leveraging AI, data and technology to optimise production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods and Six Sigma basics.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and drive performance.
- Coach and develop colleagues in applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to GPS deployment and lean standards in production environments.
