Job summary

Murad is seeking a highly organized Account Manager to support its international skincare business across APAC, LATAM, and US Professional Accounts. Based in El Segundo, CA, you will manage distributor and customer relationships, forecast sales, coordinate launches, and drive day-to-day performance across markets.

This hybrid role requires cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Education, Regulatory, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of account management, sales, or distributor management experience in beauty or consumer products.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor and customer accounts across APAC, LATAM, and U.S. Professional channels.
• Own sales forecasting, performance tracking, and business reporting for assigned markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, replenishment, and promotional calendars.
• Maintain forecasting tools, scorecards, and commercial documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for distributor partners and travel as needed.
