Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed engineering team through hands‑on technical leadership and mentoring.
• Define and execute the long‑term Sitecore technical strategy including security and scalability.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, solution architectures, and delivery plans.
• Design and implement resilient, scalable architectures ensuring high availability.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and establish development standards and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and improve platform and delivery model.
• Develop work plans, delivery schedules, and resource estimates for complex initiatives.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and priorities to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from architecture to production support.
