Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Degree Preferred.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
• Good vendor management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to provide quality feedback and guidance to peers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with major functional areas across departments (BD, Alliance Management, Contracts, SSU Country Managers, PM, Clinical, Data Management, Medical Writing).
• Identifies and evaluates issues pertaining to Site Start-Up and regulatory pathways, enabling successful patient enrollment.
• Ensures all project deliverables meet expectations, with accurate projections, reports, and updates and ongoing risk management.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers in alignment with projects.
• Oversees start-up deliverables from site selection through activation and maintenance.
• Manages timelines, budgets, and regulatory submissions; ensures quality and compliance.
• Prepares core submission documents and oversees regulatory review processes.
